细节护理在小儿先天性心脏病介入手术中的应用

Application of detail nursing in children with congenital heart disease undergoing intervention

目的:探讨细节护理服务在小儿先天性心脏病介入手术中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取某医院收治的行小儿先天性心脏病介入术的患者16例,对其进行细节护理服务。比较护理前后心功能并分析护理质量、计算并发症发生率。结果:护理后的心功能远比护理前的优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。16例患者在护理态度、护理技巧、护理方法以及护理效果方面的评分分别是(9.68±1.12)分、(9.57±1.43)分、(8.96±1.28)分、(9.24±1.36)分。其中1例出现发热,无窒息、穿刺部位出血、皮下血肿等症状发生,并发症发生率为6.3%。结论:细节护理服务可以显著降低小儿先天性心脏病介入手术中的并发症发生率,提升护理质量,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of detail nursing service in pediatric congenital heart disease interventional surgery.Methods：Totally 16 patients with pediatric congenital heart disease admitted in hospital were selected randomly for detailed nursing care. Comparison of heart function before and after nursing care and analysis of quality of care, calculate the incidence of complications.Results： The cardiac function after nursing was better than that before nursing, with significant difference （P〈 0.05）. The scores of nursing attitude, nursing skills, nursing methods and nursing effect were （9.68 ±1.12）, （9.57 ±1.43） points, （8.96 ±1.28） points, （9.24 ±1.36） points. One case of fever, no asphyxia, puncture site bleeding, subcutaneous hematoma and other symptoms occurred, the incidence of complications was 6.3%.Conclusion：The detailed nursing service can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in children with congenital heart disease intervention, improve the quality of nursing, it is worth learning and promotion.
