新生儿窒息后血糖异常的个体化护理策略

Individualized nursing strategy of abnormal blood glucose after neonatal asphyxia

目的:探讨个体化护理在新生儿窒息后血糖异常护理中的应用效果。方法:选择收治的新生儿窒息后血糖异常患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,两组患儿均接受常规治疗,对照组患儿在此基础上接受常规护理,观察组患儿则接受个体化护理,对比两组患儿护理效果。结果:观察组患儿高血糖2例,低血压1例;对照组患儿高血糖13例,低血糖10例。观察组患儿血糖异常例数明显减少,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理可有效改善新生儿窒息后血糖异常患儿的血糖水平,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of individualized nursing on abnormal blood glucose after neonatal asphyxia. Methods：120 cases of newborn with abnormal blood sugar after asphyxia were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group, each group of 60 cases. Both the two groups received routine treatment, and the control group received routine nursing, the observation group received individualized nursing, two groups of nursing effect was compared. Results： The observation group had 2 eases of hyperglycemia and 1 cases of hypotension. The control group had 13 cases of hyperglycemia and I0 cases of hypoglycemia. The number of abnormal blood glucose in the observation group decreased obviously, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Individual nursing can effectively improve the blood sugar level of newborn with abnormal blood sugar after neonatal asphyxia, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
