基于旱半夏组培苗的浆箱设计

摘要 目的:针对中药材旱半夏苗田组培苗移植时,操作繁琐、苗损伤率高等问题,研究设计浆箱移植方法,提高组培移植效率。方法:调查与确定浆箱的尺寸,按照能保水保湿和透气,搬运方便可重复使用的原则设计浆箱。结果:确定浆箱的长*宽*高为50*40*20(cm),底部设有渗水孔或采用高密度筛网结构,侧壁上设有网状的透气窗口;浆箱2为上述箱体的基础上在对应的侧壁上设有开口插槽,用于将切板插入浆箱基质中。结论:使用设计的浆箱进行组培苗移植,操作简便,损伤苗率降低,用于旱半夏组培苗的工厂化生产,能够有效降低生产和人工成本,提高工作效率。 Objective:In the case of seedling transplanting in traditional Chinese medicine drought pinellia, the field of rice field has been repeatedly converted,complicated operation, high seedling damage rate problem, in view of the design of slurry tank transplantation method, improve the survival rate of plantlet transplantation. Methods: Investigate and determine size of pulp box, can according to the water moisture and air permeability, the principle of convenient carry reusable design pulp box.Results: The determination of pulp box length * width * height of 50 to 40 * 20 (cm),adopt high-density mesh structure on the bottom side walls is equipped with the breathable mesh window; The pulp box 2 is on the basis of the above case with open slot on the sidewalls of the corresponding, used to insert the plate cutting pulp box in the matrix. Conclusion: using slurry box design somaclone transplantation, convenient operation and easy handling, reduce the loss of transplant seedlings seedling rate, applied to the drought pinellia somaclone of factory production, can effectively reduce production and labor costs to improve work efficiency.
