摘要
总结1例膝关节置换术后并发急性肠梗阻病情观察及护理情况。患者全膝关节置换术后第5天突发右下腹疼痛不适,反跳痛、腹肌紧张,并发急性肠梗阻,经及时治疗及精心护理,患者术后8天病情好转,术后12天满意出院。
To summarize the observation and nursing of 1 case of acute intestinal obstruction after total knee arthroplasty. Patients with total knee arthroplasty 5 days after the right lower quadrant pain discomfort, rebound pain, abdominal muscle tension, and acute intestinal obstruction.After timely treatment and careful nursing, the patients recovered 8 days after operation, and were discharged 12 days after the operation.
