摘要
1961～1987年本院手术治疗气管肿瘤28例,其中2例为甲状腺癌侵犯气管,现报告如下. 临床资料 例1,男性,66岁,病案号C267943.入院前8个月出现声嘶,活动后憋气,入院前2个月声嘶、憋气加重,纤维气管镜检发现气管内距声门7.4cm处有肿物.入院后,行后前位气管体层X相、颈部CT检查,均提示肿物位于颈段气管腔内左侧壁,长约4cm,肿物与气管壁外的甲状腺相连续.间接喉镜检查示左声带活动减弱.入院诊断:气管内恶性肿瘤.
From 1961-1987, 28 patients were operated upon for tracheal tumor, including 2 cases of thyroid cancer with intratracheal growth. Operative findings showed that in these cases a small intraluminal cancer mass and large ext-raluminal cancer mass were fixed togather. Intratracheal growth was secondary to exlratracheal thyroid cancer. Evidence of cancer from aberrant intracheal thyroid tissues was not found.Differential diagnosis of tracheal tumor from thyroid cancer with intratracheal growth is difficult. Palliative resection with post-operative irradiation was used in these two cases because of the generally poor condition of the patients,
