摘要
目的:探讨将PDCA循环理论应用于社区护理学教学中的效果。方法:选取护理本科学生126人为研究对象,以班级为单位进行整群随机分组,分为PDCA组和传统教学组,通过信息意识量表、评判性思维能力测量表及期末考试成绩评价教学效果。结果:PDCA组在信息意识水平和评判性思维能力较对照组有提高(P<0.05),两组期末成绩未见差异。结论:PDCA循环理论应用于社区护理学教学,可提高学生信息意识水平和评判性思维能力。
Objective: the purpose of this study was to determine the role of PDCA circulation theory in community nursing teaching. Method: There are 126 undergraduate nursing students. Information literacy scale, critical thinking scale and the final scores were used to measure outcome. Result: experimental group scored better in information literacy and critical thinking ( P 〈 0.05), while final exam results had no difference between two groups. Conclusion: application of PDCA circulation theory in community nursing teaching facilitates information literacy and critical thinking.
