PDCA循环理论在社区护理学教学中的应用研究

Using PDCA circulation theory in the teaching of community nursing

目的:探讨将PDCA循环理论应用于社区护理学教学中的效果。方法:选取护理本科学生126人为研究对象,以班级为单位进行整群随机分组,分为PDCA组和传统教学组,通过信息意识量表、评判性思维能力测量表及期末考试成绩评价教学效果。结果:PDCA组在信息意识水平和评判性思维能力较对照组有提高(P<0.05),两组期末成绩未见差异。结论:PDCA循环理论应用于社区护理学教学,可提高学生信息意识水平和评判性思维能力。

Objective： the purpose of this study was to determine the role of PDCA circulation theory in community nursing teaching. Method： There are 126 undergraduate nursing students. Information literacy scale, critical thinking scale and the final scores were used to measure outcome. Result： experimental group scored better in information literacy and critical thinking （ P 〈 0.05）, while final exam results had no difference between two groups. Conclusion： application of PDCA circulation theory in community nursing teaching facilitates information literacy and critical thinking.
