摘要 目的:探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)教学模式在针灸学教学中的应用及评价效果。方法:选取2013年8月-2013年12月学年以云南中医学院中西医结合临床本科专业的学生作为研究对象,根据学号将学员分为PBL组63名,以传统授课为主的学习组(LBL组)63名。由统一老师授予相同主题的课程内容,PBL组采用PBL教学模式,LBL采用传统讲座式教学方法。以问卷调查及综合考试成绩作为测评指标,采用SPSS 18.0统计软件分析处理所有数据。结果:PBL组的综合考试成绩(理论知识及临床技能操作)较LBL组提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷结果显示PBL组学生在教学效果为基础的评价问卷中,对7具体评价指标的肯定率高于LBL组。结论:对于针灸学教学中,PBL教学模式优于传统LBL教学模式,有助于提高学生的综合素质,培养学生的临床思维能力。 objective to discuss the problem based learning (PBL) teaching model in the application of acupuncture teaching and evaluation result. Method selection in August 2013-December 2013 school year in yuunan institute of traditional Chinese medicine combine traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical undergraduate students as the research object, according to the student id will be divided into PBL group and control group, 63 students in the traditional teaching of learning group (LBL) in 63. Teacher awarded by the same theme of the course content and PBL group using PBL teaching mode, LBL impartment of traditional teaching methods. With questionnaire survey and comprehensive test scores as evaluation indicators, using SPSS18.0 statistical software analysis processing all the data. Results PBL group comprehensive examinations (theoretical knowledge and clinical skills oper-ation) increased the LBL group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05). Questionnaire results showed that PBL group of students in the teaching effect evaluation questionnaire, on the basis of the specific evaluation index for 7 positive rate is higher than LBL group. Conclusion for acupuncture teaching, the PBL teaching mode is superior to the conventional LBL teaching mode, is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of students, cultivate the students' clinical thinking ability.
