草鱼养殖池噬菌蛭弧菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus from Grass Carp

利用双层平板法,以嗜水气胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)为宿主菌,从草鱼养殖池水中分离蛭弧菌一株;根据蛭弧菌hit基因序列设计引物进行PCR扩增,所得产物经胶回收、测序比对,发现其序列与噬菌蛭弧菌的hit基因100%同源,表明所分离得到的为噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)。

A strain of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus was isolated from water of grass carp pond by the double layer method using the Aeromonas hydrophila as host. Specific primers were designed according to the hit gene sequence from B. bacteriovorus were used in PCR amplification. After purified,sequencing and blast analysis,sequence of the PCR products showed 100% identity with the hit gene of B. bacteriovorus ,which proved that a strain of B. bacteriovorus was isolated.
