基于文献计量学的小麦条锈病研究态势分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用文献计量学方法,基于Web of Science(WOS)平台的SCI-E和CNKI数据库中小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)条锈病相关研究的文献数据,从文献年代分布、文献学科分布、主要刊文期刊、核心作者、主要研究机构和高引论文等方面着手分析,并结合信息可视化软件CitespaceⅢ绘制小麦条锈病研究领域的知识图谱,分析和总结其发展趋势与研究热点。WOS数据库中,小麦条锈病研究文献近年来呈现快速上升趋势,其中,发文量前5位的国家为中国、美国、澳大利亚、墨西哥和加拿大,发文量占比均超过5%,中美两国发文量则分别超过30%,远高于其他国家和地区;在发文量前5位的机构中,华盛顿州立大学发文量位居榜首,其次为西北农林科技大学、悉尼大学、中国农业科学院和墨西哥国际玉米与小麦改良中心。发文学科主要分布在植物科学、农学、遗传、生物技术与应用微生物学,以及生化与分子生物学等领域。发文量前10位的期刊累计发文量高达47.809%,其中植物病理学(11.264%)、理论与应用遗传学(9.286%)和荷兰植物育种杂志(7.653%)发文量遥遥领先。从CNKI数据库看,西北农林科技大学和中国农业科学院发文数量居绝对主导地位,分别占24.786%和13.579%,而发文量前10名的期刊则囊括了47.659%的发文量,发文量最高的为《麦类作物学报》,占总发文量的9.031%。在小麦条锈病领域研究中,无论发表论文绝对数量,还是排名靠前的核心作者占比、核心机构占比和近期高突现度论文占比等方面,中国和美国都居于主导地位。小麦条锈病研究在分子标记和品种IR34两大聚类发表论文最多,研究持续时间最长;最近的热点则体现在尖端坏死、序列分析和生物防控3个方面。 Bibliometric analysis was used to retrieve articles from Web of Science(SCI-E) and CNKI databases, yearly distri- bution, subject, journals, countries/institutions, core authors and high cited articles of publications were analyzed, and based on the theory of mapping knowledge domain, research trends and frontiers were abstracted by Citespace II information visual- ization software. The results showed that in Web of Science, publications on wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) stripe rust increased rapidly especially during recent years, the top five most productive countries were China, USA, Australia, Mexico and Cana- da, of which contributed more than 5% separately, while China and USA exceeded all world regions in research production for the period studied (each with the proportion more than 30% of total articles). The top five productive institutions were Washington State University, Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University, University of Sydney, Chinese Academy of Agricul- tural Sciences, and International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center. The top subjects with the most papers were plant sciences, agriculture, genetics heredity, biotechnology applied microbiology and biochemistry molecular biology. The top 10 journals contributed 47.809% of total articles, with phytopathology ranking the first (11.264%), and followed by theoretical and applied genetics (9.286%) and euphytiea (7.653%). In CNKI, Northwest A & F University ranked first (24.786%), and followed by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (13.579%), the top 10 journals contributed 47.659% of total articles, with Journal of Triticeae Crops ranking the first(9.031%). China and USA were the two predominant countries on wheat stripe rust research as indicated by high proporation in number of publication, core authors, core institutions and strong burst arti- cles. Researches in molecular marker and cultivar IR34 were the two largest clusters which lasted longest time and had huge productions, and the recent research frontiers were focused on tip necrosis, sequences and biocontrol.
