摘要
研究了尼泊金酯作为防腐剂对苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)芽孢萌发的抑制作用和对伴孢晶体的影响。结果表明,尼泊金乙酯对苏云金芽孢杆菌芽孢萌发有较强的抑制作用,在0.05%低剂量下即可有效抑制芽孢的萌发。SDS-PAGE分析和生物测定表明,尼泊金乙酯对伴孢晶体无显著损伤作用,在0.10%条件下放置3周,发酵液毒力还保持在85%。
The inhibitory effect of nipagin ester as a preservative on the spore germination of Bacillus thuringiensis and its influence on the phytoplankton were studied. The results showed that the nipagin ester had a strong inhibitory effect on the spore germination of B. thuringiensis at 0.05% low dose. SDS-PAGE analysis and bioassay showed that nisaphene nipagin ester had no significant damage to sporozoite crystals. Under the condition of 0.10% for 3 weeks, the virulence of fermentation broth was still maintained at 85%.
