硒镉互作对大鼠免疫功能和氧化应激的影响

摘要 比较了硒(Selenium,Se)、镉(Cadmium,Cd)对大鼠免疫抑制和氧化应激损伤的拮抗作用,选取雄性SD大鼠36只,随机分为4组,对照组:常规饲养;Se组:Na2Se O30.1 mg/(kg·BW)灌胃;Cd组:40 mg/L的Cd溶液饮水;Se+Cd组:Na2Se O30.1 mg/(kg·BW)灌胃+40 mg/L的Cd溶液饮水。每天给药1次,试验周期30 d。结果表明,Cd组动物血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10显著升高,INF-γ显著降低,血清GSH水平和CAT、SOD、GSH-Px的活性均显著降低,MDA含量显著升高。Se组血清INF-γ和GSH水平以及CAT、GSH-Px活性显著升高。在Se和Cd组,血清高水平的IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和低活性的CAT、SOD、GSH-Px及低含量的GSH得到有效改善。表明大鼠灌胃0.1 mg/(kg·BW)的Na_2SeO_3可有效拮抗40mg/L的Cd溶液饮水所致的免疫抑制和氧化应激。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of selenium against cadmium induced immunosuppres- sion and oxidative stress. 36 mail SPF-SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,Control:Normally bred;Se:Na2SeO3 0.1 mg/(kg-BW);Cd:40 mg/L drinking water and Se plus Cd. And orally administrated onceadayfor 30 days. The results showed that cadmium significantly increased IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10,while the INF-γ was decreased in rat sera. In addition, GSH level,CAT,SOD and GSH-Px activities were significantly decreased while MDA was increased. Se treated group showed significantly increased INF-y,GSH level,CAT,and GSH-Px activities while IL-10 was decreased. Se+Cd group significantly improved the elevation of serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α and lL-10,in addition to enhancing the activities of CAT,GSH-Px,SOD and GSH concentration. These results indicated that orally administrated Na2SeO3 0.1 mg/(kg. BW) could improve the immuno-suppression and oxidative stress induced by 40 mg/L drinking water of Cd in rats.
