两类公益性农技推广体系管理模式的比较研究——以云梦县和安陆市为例

Comparative Study on Two Management Models of Agro-technique Extension System with Public Welfare——Taking Yunmeng County and Anlu City as Examples

通过对孝感市云梦县派出制和安陆市委托服务制两种管理模式下公益性农技推广人员工作绩效差异及成因的分析,得出"派出制"管理模式能显著提高农技推广服务效率、科技入户推广效果显著的结论。并分析了两种管理模式的利弊。

By analysis on the differences and reasons in job performance of agro-technique extension staff under two man- agement models ：dispatching system of Yunmeng county and trusting service system of Xiaogan city, it was concluded that the dispatching model could obviously promote service efficiency,with a remarkable popularization effect of making science and technique step into peasant Households. Meanwhile the advantages and disadvantages of the two models were analyzed.
