乌药化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Review on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Lindera aggregata Kosterm

乌药系樟科山胡椒属植物乌药的干燥块根,其化学成分包括呋喃倍半萜及内酯、挥发油、黄酮、异喹啉生物碱等,主要有具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等广泛的药理活性,对消化系统、心血管系统、糖尿病肾病、肝脏以及中枢神经系统等方面有显著的调节作用和保护作用。本综述通过文献资料的收集和查找,对近十年乌药的化学成分和药理研究作总结概括,以便于全面了解乌药的开发现状以及对其进行二次开发提供参考。

Lindera aggregata was the dryroot tubers of Lauraceaelindera, the chemical composition of L. aggregata in- cludes furan sesquiterpene and lactone, volatile oil, flavonoids, isoquinoline alkaloids etc. , mainly with antibacterial, anti- virus, anti-inflammatory analgesic, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and other pharmacological activities. Moreover, L. aggregata showed regulatory and protective effects on the digestive system, cardiovascular system, diabetic nephropathy,liver and central nervous system,etc. This paper reviewed the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of L. aggregata in the last ten years, through collecting and searching literatures, so as to provide a reference for the comprehensive devel- opment of L. aggregata.
