明清以降贵州少数民族休闲历史遗产及价值研究——以黔东北思南县土家族为例

Study on the Leisure Historical Heritage of the Ethnic Minorities in Guizhou and its Value since Ming and Qing Dynasties——A Case Study of Tujia Minority in Northeastern Guizhou

以休闲理论为研究基础,以少数民族历史文化遗产中的休闲文化历史实践为研究对象,对黔东北思南县域内的土家族休闲文化和实践作个案研究,通过发掘贵州少数民族历史文化遗产中所蕴藏的休闲体验,分析其在现代人休闲生活中的价值与意义,以期对当代和未来人类休闲活动的发展提供启发。

Based on the research of leisure theory,and with the leisure culture practice of ethnic-minority historical and cultural heritage as the research object,this paper takes the leisure culture of Tujia people and practice of Sinan county in northeast of Guizhou as a case study to explore the leisure culture of ethnic-minority historical and cultural heritage,and to analyze its value and significance in modern leisure life. The study combines modern leisure life with ancient wisdom,and provides creative inspiration to help for developing present and future human leisure activities.
