摘要
《大学英语教学指南》的发布和"双一流"大学建设正式开始实施,标志着我国大学英语教学改革进入了一个新阶段。西部高校中尽管入选双一流高校数量不多,但也应该以"双一流"建设为契机,改进和提高自己的教学和科研。在总结到目前为止的大学英语教改的经验教训的基础上,面向双一流建设,就学生英语需求和课程设计、测试与评价、英语教改主体三大问题提出教改意见。
The issue of A Guide to College English Teaching by Ministry of Education and the implementation of Construction plan of"Double-First Class"mark the beginning of a new stage of teaching reform of China's college English. Although only a few universities in the west area of China are selected into the construction plan of"Double-First Class",the universities and colleges in the west area of China should grasp the opportunity to improve and strength their teaching and research. Based on the experiences and lessons of college teaching reform,this paper presents some suggestions on three aspects of course design,test and evaluation,and the subject of teaching reform in accordance with requirements of constructing First-class universities and First – class discipline.
