摘要
教师职业幸福感状况会影响其职业认同,通过对四川省雅安市农村民办幼儿教师及园长的调查和分析,了解到农村民办幼儿教师主观因素、福利待遇、工作环境及人际关系等都会影响其职业幸福感。因此,为了提高农村学前教育的质量,需政府、幼儿园管理者和幼儿园教师自身共同努力形成合力提升农村民办幼儿教师职业幸福感。
Teachers' professional happiness directly affects the work motivation. With a survey and analysis of Ya'an rural non-govern preschool teachers and directors,the study indicates that the subjective factors,welfare,working environment and interpersonal relationships of rural non-govern preschool teachers would affect their career happiness. Therefore,in order to improve the quality of the rural preschool education,the government,the kindergarten managers and teachers should take a joint effort to improve rural non-govern preschool teachers' professional happiness.
