高中生坚韧人格与时间管理倾向的关系研究

Study on the relationship between hardiness and time management disposition of senior high school students

探讨高中生坚韧人格与时间管理倾向的关系,采用《青少年时间管理量表(ATMD)》、《坚韧性人格评定量表》两个问卷为研究工具,对贵州省某高中的350名学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:高中生的时间管理倾向总体平均得分为143.91,处于中等水平;其在性别上存在着显著性差异,女生的时间管理倾向程度显著高于男生;在年级、生源地等变量上不存在显著性差异;高中生的时间管理倾向与坚韧人格在总分及各维度得分之间均存在着显著的正相关,进一步做多元回归发现:总体上来说,高中生坚韧人格中的"控制"和"挑战"两个维度对时间管理倾向的总分及时间管理各维度的得分有显著预测作用。由此得出:高中生的时间管理倾向总体呈中等水平,高中生的坚韧人格中的"控制"和"挑战"维度对时间管理倾向有显著的预测作用。

To explore the relationship between hardiness and time management disposition of senior high school students. A questionnaire survey is conducted among 350 senior high school students in Maotai senior high school in Renhuai city by using the questionnaire of adolescent time management scale （ATMD） and Hardiness Personality Scale . The results show that：The average score of time management disposition of high school students is 143.91, which is in the intermediate level （t = 111.21, p 〈 0.05 ）. There are significant differences in gender, and the time management disposition of female students is significantly higher than that of boys （ t = -2. 422, P 〈 0.05 ）. There are no significant differences in grade students, and other variables （p 〉 0.05 ） ; high school students＇time manage- ment disposition and hardiness are positively relevant （ r = 0. 509, p 〈 0.05 ） , muhiple regression analysis shows that on the whole,the two dimensions of ＂control＂ and ＂ challenge＂ in high school students＇resilience are signifi- cant predictors of the total score and all disposition of time management （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： the time management disposition of high school students is generally in the intermediate level, and the ＂ control＂ and ＂ challenge＂ dimensions of high school students have a positive effect on time management disposition.
