胜任力导向的应用型民办高校教师HRM研究

Study on human resource management for teachers at private applied universities

随着世界经济与教育事业的重大转变,人才供需结构发生了深刻变化。大力发展应用型高校以培养产业所需应用型人才,已成为国家重要战略。教师在应用型人才培养过程中作用重大。目前我国应用型高校特别是应用型民办高校"师资短板"等有关教师人力资源管理问题凸显,直接影响到人才培养效果。但对之开展的针对性研究不足,需从多方面展开深入探索。基于此,对急需大量应用型人才、地处我国经济发展前沿的A市应用型民办高校教师人力资源管理进行深入调研,剖析其现存问题,并从胜任力视角提出了改善思路。

Private applied university education has been considered an important part of the higher education system, and plays more than ever a significant role in developing higher education. The education offered by a private applied university depends on whether the teachers have a talent for educating. One of the emerging problems is how to develop the human resource management of teachers at private applied universities in China. In an at- tempt to solve these problems, this thesis analyses the main aspects of human resource management of teachers at private applied universities in A city of China, based on extensive research. It also suggests some ways of improving human resource management of teachers in private applied universities based on the competence model.
