64排螺旋CT与选择性冠脉造影评价急性冠脉综合征患者易损斑块特征分析 被引量:18

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(ACS)是由冠脉粥样硬化斑块破裂或继发的并发症所致。易损斑块通常具有多量炎症细胞浸润、大脂质核心(常大于斑块面积的40%)且偏心分布、薄纤维帽、斑块表面钙化小结及动脉粥样血管正性重构等组织学特点。对易损斑块及其稳定性的评价成为当前冠心病诊断的研究热点。
