摘要
基于社会认同理论,本文构建了一个上下级关系对狱警组织公民行为的中介作用模型,探究了团队认同的中介作用机制。通过对江苏省监狱468名狱警的调查发现,上下级关系与狱警组织公民行为显著正相关;上下级关系与团队认同显著正相关;团队认同与狱警组织公民行为显著正相关;团队认同在上下级关系与狱警组织公民行为之间起着中介作用。
Based on the social identity theory, me article constructs a mediation model about supervisorsubordinate guanxi and the prison polices' organization citizenship behavior to research the mediating mechanism of the team identification. Through the survey of 648 prison polices in Jiangsu province, the results show that. the supervisor-subordinate guanxi has a significant positive effect on the prison polices' organization citizenship behavior; the supervisor- subordinate guanxi has a significant positive effect on the team identification; the team identification has a significant positive effect on the prison polices' organization citizenship behavior; the team identification mediates fully the relationship between the supervisor-subordinate guanxi and the prison polices' organization citizenship behavior.
