摘要
研究了一种乳清肽运动饮品,通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了最佳的饮品配方,并通过运动员试食实验,分析了这一饮品对运动员运动时体外的调节作用。结果表明,最佳饮品配方为木糖醇3.5%,蜂蜜6.0%,复合稳定剂4.5%,柠檬酸2.0%(均为质量分数,下同)。实验组运动员较对照组运动员各项体温指标波动幅度较低,在高温环境下,表现出明显的体温稳定性。
A kind of whey active peptide sport drink was studied. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were used to determine the best beverage formula. The athletes were tested in vitro to analyze the effect of this drink on athletes" exercise. The results confirmed that the best drink formula: Xylitol 3.5%, honey 6.0%, compound stabilizer 4.5%, citric acid 2.0%. Compared with the control group, the athletes of the experimental group showed that the fluctuation range of body temperature index was low, and it showed obvious temperature stability under high temperature environment.
