摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对溶胀处理后的聚丙烯纤维表面进行亲水改性,并对改性聚丙烯纤维采用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪、扫描电镜以及接触角测量仪进行了分析和表征,结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH-570能有效的对聚丙烯纤维表面进行亲水改性,在聚丙烯纤维的表面发生了自水解反应,包裹在了纤维的表面,通过其自身的官能团,提高了聚丙烯纤维表面的亲水性能。
Using silane coupling agent ( KH - 570) for hydrophilic modification of polypropylene fiber surface, and modified polypropylene fiber have been analyzed and characterized by fourier infrared transform spectrometer; scanning electron microscopy (sem) and contact Angle measurement instrument. The result shows that Silane cou- pling agent ( KH - 570) can effectively to modifying polypropylene fiber surface' s hydrophilia, and the hydrolysis re- action happened on the surface of polypropylene fiber, and wrapped in the surface of the fiber. Through its own func- tional groups, improving the polypropylene fiber on the surface of the hvdroDhilic.
