摘要
随着越来越多污泥掺烧项目的落地以及国家环保要求的日渐提升,烟气脱汞技术和工程建设的需求逐渐增加。本文概述了煤中汞的转化及燃煤和掺烧污泥锅炉烟气中汞的排放形式以及汞排放的煤燃烧前、燃烧中和燃烧后控制手段。通过分析可知:采用燃烧后控制手段实际操作性更好,其中活性炭吸附法是目前控制汞排放最经济、最有效的手段。廉价且不影响飞灰使用性能的吸附剂与脱硫、脱硝等集成的处理技术是未来烟气脱汞的发展方向。
The transformation and existing forms of mercury in the coal - fired flue gas were summarized. Differ- ent methods for mercury removal were introduced. Among all the methods, activated carbon adsorption was an effi- cient and economic technology for the removal of mercury. Cheaper absorbent and integrate with FGD and SCR process were proposed valuable research subjects for demercuration.
