全面建成小康社会视域下新型职业农民培育探究——以山西省为例

A Probe into the Cultivation of New-Type Professional Farmers in the Perspective of Comprehensive Building of a Well-Off Society—— A Case Study of Shanxi Province

当前新型职业农民培育在政策层面存在支持力度有待加强,在培训单位层面存在培训体系亟需完善,在农民自身层面存在职业意识还需树立等症候。面对问题,应在设计层面加强政策的宏观调控,在载体层面完善培训整体系统,在自身层面积极培育职业意识等,以增强新型职业农民培育的实效,为全面小康社会的建成尽到绵薄之力。

In the cultivation of new-type professional farmers, there exist such problems as the support to be fur- ther increased at policy level, the training system to be further perfected at training unit level and the professional con- sciousness to be better established at the level of farmers themselves. In the face of the problems, it is necessary to strengthen the macro control of policies at design level, improve the whole training system at carrier level and actively cultivate the professional consciousness at their own level so as to enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of new- type professional farmers for the comprehensive building of a well-off society.
