摘要 通过探讨人格特质对自我职业生涯管理的影响机制,并考察工作价值观的中介作用及金钱态度的调节作用,结果表明,工作价值观中介了宜人性、严谨性和开放性人格特质与新入职高职生自我职业生涯管理的正向关系;金钱态度在宜人性、严谨性、开放性人格特质和自我职业生涯管理之间具有显著的调节作用,它改变了宜人性、严谨性和开放性人格特质影响自我职业生涯管理的方向。 By discussing the influence of personality traits on the mechanism of self career management and in- vestigating the intermediary effects of work values and the regulating effects of money attitude, the results show that there exists the positive relationship between the personality traits of agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness of intermediary work values and the self career management of new staff from vocational college; money attitude has a significant moderating effect on agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness between the personality traits and the self career management, which has changed the direction of the influence of agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness of personality traits on self career management.
