摘要
少年儿童组织认同指少年儿童以少先队员的身份定义自己,认同少先队理念及文化,对少先队组织产生义务感、归属感和依赖感,并自觉形成相应的行为或行为倾向,自觉践行少先队组织规范的状态性结果及形成过程。培养少年儿童的组织认同,应强化少年儿童组织群体身份认知,增强少先队员角色知觉敏感性;强化少年儿童组织心理授权,增强自主管理的实践体验;加强少先队活动文化建设,为少年儿童创设施展抱负的行动平台。
The children's organizational identification refers to the children defining their identity as the young pioneers and agreeing with the concept and culture of the young pioneers, having the sense of responsibility, belonging and dependence on the young pioneers organization, and forming the corresponding behavior or behavior tendency, consciously practicing the results of state and the forming process under the organization standard of the young pio- neers. To cultivate the children's organizational identification, we should strengthen the group identity cognition of children's organization, enhance the role perception sensitivity of the member; strengthen the psychological empower- ment of children's team, and enhance the practice experience of independent management; strengthen the cultural construction of team activities, to create the action platform for the children to exert their ambitions.
