摘要
通过采用青少年自我价值感量表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对1697名高职学生进行调查,探讨高职学生自我价值感的特点及其与心理健康的关系,结果表明:高职学生在自我价值感各维度的得分都处于中等偏上水平,从总体上看高职学生对自己是积极、自信、肯定、认可的;高职学生的自我价值感在生源地方面不存在显著差异,而在性别、是否独生子女、是否担任学生干部方面存在显著差异;高职学生自我价值感各维度与症状自评量表各维度呈极显著的负相关,即自我价值感越高的高职学生,其心理健康水平越高。注重培养高职学生的自我价值感,有益于提升高职学生的心理健康水平。
Through the survey of 1697 higher vocational college students by using the adolescent self-value sense scale and symptom checklist (SCL-90) to explore the relationship between the characteristics of higher vocational col- lege students' self-value sense and their mental health, the results show that the scores of higher vocational college students' self-value sense in each dimension are more than middle level, and on the whole they are active, confident, positive and recognized; higher vocational college students' self-value sense in terms of their sources does not have significant differences while there are significant differences in terms of gender, the only child and student leader; there is a significant negative correlation between each dimension of higher vocational college students' self-value sense and each dimension of SCL-90, namely, the higher the students' self-value sense is, the higher their mental health level is. In a word, it is beneficial to improving their mental health to focus on cultivating higher vocational col- lege students' self-value sense.
