摘要
在外语学习中,教师可以依据记忆的容量、消退与留存、记忆的负荷以及信息的关联性等规律和特征,引导学生培养和使用记忆策略,及时练习,强化信息留存,利用记忆的关联性进行延伸学习,并从优化教学设计入手,降低学生的认知负荷。
In the foreign language learning, based on the laws and characteristics of memory capacity, ablation, preservation, load as well as information relevance, the teachers may guide the students to train and use the memory strategy, promptly practice and strengthen the information to preserve, use the memory relevance to extend their learn- ing, and reduce their cognitive load by optimizing teaching design.
