摘要
浙江省绍兴市某印染企业采用双膜法工艺对生化处理后的印染废水进行回用处理,根据实际运行数据分析,结果表明:超滤和反渗透的双膜法工艺能有效降低废水中的有机物、浊度、色度和阴阳离子的含量,充分满足企业对回用水水质指标的要求,水量回收率保持在60%以上。双膜法工艺在提高企业经济效益的同时,降低了污染物对外界环境的排放。
A printing and dyeing enterprise in Shaoxing city of Zhejiang province adopts the double membrane process to reuse the dyeing wastewater. According to the actual operating data show that ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis membrane technology can effectively reduce the content of organic, turbidity, chroma and ion in wastewater, fully meet the enterprise requirements of the reused water quality index, water recovery rate remained at around 65%. Double membrane process can improve the economic benefits of enterprises and reduce the emission of pollutants to the environment.
