摘要
为增加Yb:YAG闪烁探测器的有效脉冲输出电荷量,对Yb:YAG闪烁体采取了类似Na I的封装方式,在快脉冲X辐射源场中,应用透紫GD40光电管和普通光谱响应GD40光电管,对Yb:YAG封装与不封装的脉冲输出特性进行了监测。实验结果表明:对Yb:YAG闪烁体进行封装相对无封装情况脉冲输出电荷量增加最大达90%,统计涨落可降低约1/3。
In order to increase the effective quantity of the pulse output charge of Yb: YAG scintillation detector,several Yb: YAG scintillators were encapsulated just as a Na I scintillator was. In a fast pulse X-ray field,the pulse output character of a encapsulated Yb: YAG scintillators and a un-encapsulated one were measured,matching with a common GD40 photoelectric tube and an ultraviolet ray transmitting GD40 tube. As is shown in the results,after the Yb: YAG scintillator is encapsulated,the quantity of the pulse output charge is increased by 90%,the statistic fluctuation of the waveform could be reduced by 1/3.
