40Cr热轧棒线材的生产实践

摘要 水钢采用100t转炉─LF炉精炼─150mm×150mm方坯连铸─高速线材轧制或棒材轧制的工艺流程生产出了10~12mm 40Cr盘条和20~22mm 40Cr圆钢。盘条和圆钢的钢质洁净,金相组织为铁素体+珠光体,性能满足《合金结构钢》(GB/T 3077—2015)标准要求。盘条的拉伸性能:屈服强度R_(e L)=914~1013 MPa,抗拉强度R_m=1033~1090 MPa,延伸率A=13.4%~18.8%,面缩率Z=55.6%~61.9%。圆钢的拉伸性能:屈服强度R_(e L)=880~1000 MPa,抗拉强度R_m=985~1070 MPa,延伸率A=13.2%~16.7%,面缩率Z=52.8%~58.9%。 The wire rod with Ф10-12 mm and the round bar with Ф20-22 mm of 40Cr are produced by processes of steelmaking in 100 t converter, refining in ladle furnace, continuous casting of 150 minx 150 mm billet, high speed hot roiling of wire rod or hot rolling of round bar in Shuigang. The wire rod and round bar are clean steel, their mi- crostructure is ferrite and pearlite, their properties meet GB/T 3077-2015 standard of alloy structure steels. The tensile properties of wire rod are the following: yield strength Re L = 914- 1013 MPa, tensile strength Rm : 1033- 1090 MPa, elongation rate A= 13. 4 % - 18. 8 %, percentage of transversal section reduction Z = 55.6 %- 61.9 %. The tensile properties of round bar are the following: yield strength ReL = 880= 1000 MPa, tensile strength Rm = 985=1070 MPa, elongation rate A: 13.2% - 16.7%, percentage of transversal section reduction Z: 52.8% -8.9 %.
