钛合金板锻造的工艺实践

摘要 采用材质为TA1/TA2的钛合金进行锻造工艺的研究,通过比较常规锻打方块工艺和锻打拔长工艺,得出锻打拔长工艺更实用。锻造工步为:先对坯料进行压扁,然后镦粗;平放坯料,再用平砧下平台进行压扁;竖起压棱边;平放展长度;立起镦粗平整两端面,最终得到理想的成品。 Titanium alloy has small density, high strength, especially high strength, and heat resistance and good corrosion resistance, so it is in the aviation industry and chemical industry in the pump body and the pipe as well as construction, sports and leisure, food, pharmaceutical, biological materials, energy, marine, automobile has been widely used. The forging process of titanium alloy with TA1/TA2 material is studied. By comparing the conventional forging process and forging process, it is concluded that the forging and drawing process is more practical. Forging step: first crushed on the blank, and then upsetting; flat blank flattening and flat anvil platform~ up pressure edge; flat show length; stand two end upsetting formation, get the ideal product.
