摘要
针对四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司钢轧厂炼钢工序1#连铸机上PowerFlex 753型变频器应用以及传动控制系统的优化,保证连铸机生产正常进行,减少事故,杜绝人为操作带来的危害。实施后可以通过计算机画面实现振动、拉矫运行参数监控;变频器通过网络进行控制,实现全过程动态跟踪记录,完善基础数据采集,从技术手段上稳定液面自动控制系统运行;自动液面控制系统交接信号通过PLC系统转换,能准确在程序中做干扰信号切除程序,且能实现实时监控功能。
PowerFlex 753 frequency converter is applied to No. 1 continuous casting machine of the steel making process in Sichuan Deshan, optimizing drive control system, ensuring the normal production of continuous caster, reducing accidents to accur, putting an end to the harm caused by human operation. With the help of computer screen, operation parameter monitoring can be realized. The frequency converter is controlled by the network, reali- zing the dynamic track record of the whole process, perfecting basic data acquisition. The stable liquid level automatic control system is operated by the technical means. The interface signal of automatic liquid level control system is converted by PLC system, removal accurately interference signal removal program in the program, and it can realize the function of real-time monitoring.
