硫黄预分散母胶粒在SSBR/BR胎面胶体系中的应用研究

摘要 采用自主研制的5种硫黄预分散母胶粒(S-80,硫黄粉质量分数为80%)代替硫黄粉,加入到溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)胎面胶体系中,研究对胎面胶性能的影响.实验结果表明:采用自制预分散母胶粒S-80(A2)代替硫黄粉,胎面胶的表观交联密度提高11.81%,抗拉强度提高23.61%,断裂伸长率提高23.04%,磨耗量下降20.80%.通过RPA测试表明:使用A2母胶粒胎面胶较使用硫黄粉的胎面胶的tanδ值低,具有更低的滚动阻力和生热性. The five kinds of self-made sulfur pre-dispersed colloidal particles (S-80, sulfur-containing 80 % ) were used to replace the sulfur powder and mixing with tread compound system constituted by solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) and butadiene rubber (BR) to analyze the its effect on the tread compound properties. The results showed that after replacing the sulfur powder with sulfur pre-dispersed colloidal particles S-80 (A2), the apparent crosslinking density increased by 11.81% ,the tensile strength increased by 23.61% ,the elongation at break increased by 23.04 % and the abrasion loss decreased by 20.80 %. According to RPA test the tread compound processed by A2 masterbatch particle has lower tan 8 than it processed by sulfur powder, which means both lower roiling resistance and lower frictional heat.
