基于协同创新理念下的校企合作卫生信息化人才培养机制研究

Research on university-enterprise cooperation mechanism of health informatization talent cultivation based on collaborative innovation concept

校企合作是高等教育提高应用型人才培养质量的重要途径。在阐明校企协同创新的理论依据(协同创新和整体治理理论)及动力因素的基础上,结合多年校企合作卫生信息化人才培养的实践与创新,创建了校企合作人才培养新机制,包括校企合作育人机制、管理与激励机制、沟通与协调机制,并对该培养机制实践后的成效进行了探讨,对高校培养应用型人才方式改革具有重要意义。

University-enterprise cooperation is an important means to improve training quality of applied talents in higher education. Based on illuminating theoretical basis and power factor, and combining with practice and innovation in training health informatization talents of Collab- orative Innovation of university-enterprise cooperation, we established a new education mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation. Mean- while, it is important and significant to the reform of training ways of application talents in universities.
