骨科亚学科轮转对本科实习效果影响的初步探究

Effects of orthopedic sub-discipline rotation method on clinical practice of undergraduates

目的:探究骨科亚学科轮转对本科实习效果的影响。方法:将本科实习生随机分成2组,第1组学生进入骨科亚学科实习,第2组学生进入骨科综合病房实习。实习结束后评价实习效果及实习满意度。结果:第2组学生实习效果及实习满意度方面均明显好于第1组学生。结论:建议对医学本科骨科实习的实习点安排在综合病房而不是亚学科病区。

Objective：To explore the influence of orthopedic sub-discipline rotation mode in undergraduate students＇ internship education. Methods：All undergraduate students were randomly classified into two groups to finish orthopeadie internship,students in group 1 were sent to sub-discipline wards and students in group 2 were sent to general wards. Quality and satisfaction were evaluated after they finished internship. Results： The quality and satisfaction of students in group 2 were better than group 1. Conclusion： Undergraduate students should be sent to gen- eral wards rather than sub-discipline wards during their internship study.
