摘要
目的:微信平台辅助问题导向式(PBL)教学法在医学检验临床实习过程中教学效果的评价。方法:将实习学生分成两组,实验组采用微信辅助PBL教学,对照组采用传统PBL教学。学期结束后,通过理论、实践及调查问卷等形式,进行教学效果的评估。结果:实验组理论测试及调查反馈明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组的实践操作能力并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:微信平台辅助PBL教学对于检验实习生的理论强化具有十分重要的作用,能够提高实习教学的教学质量。
Objective To evaluate the teaching effectiveness of PBL based on WeChat mobile application platform (APP) used in the clini- cal practice teaching in the course of clinical practice. Methods Medical interns were randomized to test group and control group. The students in test group received the problem-based learning methods (PBL) based on APP while the students in control group received classical PBL. To evaluate teaching effect? with the help of the theory tests, practice operation tests and questionnaire at the end of the term. Results The result of theory tests and the questionnaire in test group was significant better than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 05). There was no distinct difference in practice ability between these two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions PBL based on APP can improve the quality of teaching and have impor- tant role in theoretical reinforcement to medical interns.
