摘要
对1.2344热冲压模具钢失效前后组织性能进行研究.通过金相显微镜、X线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对热冲压模具钢的组织进行观察和分析,并测试硬度、摩擦磨损、冲击韧性等性能,分析1.2344热冲压模具钢的组织性能特点和失效原因.利用Thermo-Calc软件进行热力学分析,得出1.2344热冲压模具钢硬度高、韧性较低及引起失效的原因主要是碳化物分布不均匀.
Focusing on the structure properties of 1.2344 hot stamping die steel before and after the failure,optical microscope,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were employed to observe and analyse the microstructure of die steel.Hardness,wear properties and impact toughness were measured to analyse the microstructural characteristics and properties of hot stamping die steel,as well as the failure reasons.Meanwhile,thermodynamic analysis was conducted by ThermoCalc software.The result shows that the reason for high hardness,low toughness and failure behavior of1.2344 hot stamping die steel is the heterogeneity of the carbides.
