摘要
介绍一种环保型棉织物阻燃整理的方法,利用原位生成法对棉织物进行氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)_2)阻燃整理,测定整理品的阻燃性能和耐洗性能,并进行热重分析(TGA).Mg(OH)_2整理后棉织物增重率达到23%左右,极限氧指数(LOI)法和垂直燃烧法测得整理棉织物的阻燃性能都有很大提高;经12次标准家庭洗涤后,增重率仍保持在10%以上,LOI为27.4%.
An environmentally friendly flame-retardant finishing method for cotton fabric was explored.Magnesium hydroxide(Mg(OH)2)was incorporated into cotton fiber via an in-situ preparation to impart flame retardancy,the flame retardancy and durability to washing were investigated,and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)was carried out.An add-on of 23% was obtained and the limiting oxygen index(LOI)and vertical burning performance of the treated fabrics were greatly improved.After 12 standard home laundering cycles,the weight gain of the fabric remained above 10% and the LOI value was 27.4%.
