上海市中学生性与生殖健康相关知识、态度及行为调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitudes and practice related to sexual and reproductive health among adolescents in Shanghai

目的了解上海市中学生性与生殖健康知识的储备情况和相关态度行为,为促进学校生殖健康教育提供数据基础。方法应用横断面调查的研究方法,采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取研究对象,应用统计描述和多因素二分类Logistic回归分析等进行数据分析。结果本次生殖健康调查共有383名中学生接受调查,知识方面:知识及格率为55.61%,年级(OR=2.361,95%CI:1.563~3.566)是中学生性与生殖健康知识得分及格的保护因素;态度方面:女学生更倾向于对中学生恋爱持反对态度(OR=0.553,95%CI:0.359~0.853),高中生更易于持赞成态度(OR=1.782,95%CI:1.160~2.737);行为方面:在集体宿舍居住(OR=0.450,95%CI:0.245~0.824)和高年级是不恋爱的风险因素(OR=0.348,95%CI:0.166~0.729)。结论随着年级升高学生性与生殖健康相关知识提高,但同时也增加了恋爱风险,学生的居住方式对恋爱等的态度及行为构成影响,学校进行相关教育和干预时要充分考虑这些要素,有的放矢。

Objective To understand the status of sexual and reproductive health related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among middle and high school students in Shanghai City, and to provide evidence for promoting school reproduc- tive health education. Methods A cross-sectional survey and multi-staged randomized cluster sampling method were used in this research. 8 classes in 4 middle and high schools in Shanghai were selected in our research. The investigation contents in- cluded general demographic characteristics, sexual and reproductive health related knowledge, attitude and behavior. The descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results A total of 383 students were in- vestigated in the study. The pass rate of knowledge was 55.61%. Grade was protective factor for the pass rate of sexual and reproductive health knowledge score （OR =2. 361, 95% CI： 1. 563 -3. 566）. More girls held opposed attitude to fall in love （OR = 0. 553, 95% CI： 0. 359 - 0. 853） and higher grade students always held supported attitude （ OR = 1. 782, 95% CI： 1. 160 - 2. 737）. Living in dormitory （OR = 0. 450, 95% CI： 0. 245 - 0. 824） and higher grade （ OR = 0. 348, 95% CI： 0. 166 -0. 729） were risk factors to not fall in love. Conclusion The higher grade can raise the students＇ sexual and reproductive health knowledge, but also increases the risk of love. Students＇ living mode impacts their attitudes and practice toward love. These factors should be considered for school reproduction education and intervention.
