Research on Rural Revitalization Strategy in China

本文学习贯彻十九大精神,对如何实施乡村振兴战略作了一些基础性研究。积极探索正确处理城镇化与乡村发展关系的途径,谋划乡村发展新机制和新思路,促进乡村由"历史自然"发展转向"规划引导"发展,由"被动"发展转向"主动"发展,由"输血"型发展转向"造血"型发展,由"自然散居"型发展转向"相对集居"型发展,整体、综合、内生促进乡村经济社会发展,加快形成城乡一体化发展新格局。

This paper studied the spirit of the 19th national congress of the CPC and made some basic research on how to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Along the course of China＇s modernization, we need actively explore ways to properly handle the relationship between urbanization and rural development and design a new development mechanism for the countryside with new idea. We need to steer the rural development cause from the old ＂natural and passive＂ mode to the ＂planned and guided＂ mode, from a ＂blood transfusion type ＂to a ＂blood-making ＂one, and finally transform the ＂naturally scattered＂ housing mode into a ＂relative intensive＂ one. And by doing so, we expect to propel the economic and social development of the countryside in an integral, comprehensive and internal way, and also accelerate the formation of the new pattern of urban-rural integration.
