摘要
含银胶片属于电子工业废料的一种,包括医用显影胶片、相机底片或电影工业胶片等,其中含有高分子有机物,含银量也较高。随着科技的发展,大量含银胶片亟待回收再利用,准确测定其含银量显得尤为重要。本文采用直接配料火(铅)试金重量法准确测定其银含量,该法不需前处理,用铅定量捕集样品中银,具有测定范围广、样品代表性好、准确度高、无基体干扰等优点。试验结果表明,测定0.7%和4.3%的银含量样品,RSD<2%。分析结果与国家标准测定结果吻合,此法可推广使用。
Silver film is a kind of electronic industrial waste, including medical development film, camera film or film industrial film, which contains high molecular organic compounds, silver content is also higher. With the development of science and technology, a large number of silver films need to be recycled and used. It is particularly important to accurately determine the content of silver. The direct burden of fire(Pb) the accurate determination of silver content assay gravimetric method, this method does not require pretreatment, samples with silver lead has a wide range of quantitative determination of trap, and representative sample, high accuracy, no matrix interference etc.. The results showed that the content of silver was 0.7% and 4.3%, RSD 〈 2%. The analytical results are in good agreement with the national standard, and this method can be used widely.
