污水处理化学除磷及其过程优化

摘要 工业废水和生活污水的磷含量较高,处理后才能排放,而化学法是其中最为简单和常用的除磷方法。为明确化学法的除磷效果,找出除磷的优化方法,本文通过试验确定影响除磷的重要因素,再控制相关因素来提高除磷效果。试验结果表明,药剂类型、药剂投入量、药剂投入后搅拌速度等因素均影响除磷效果,调整这些因素可以进一步提高污水除磷的效率。 The phosphorus content of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage is high and can be discharged after treatment, and chemical method is the simplest and commonly used method of phosphorus removal. In order to clarify the effect of phosphorus removal and find out the optimization method of phosphorus removal, this paper determines the important factors that affect phosphorus removal, and then control the relevant factors to improve the phosphorus removal effect. The results show that the factors such as the type of pharmaceuticals, the amount of pharmaceutical inputs and the rate of stirring after the drug are all affected the effect of phosphorus removal, and the adjustment of these factors can further improve the efficiency of sewage phosphorus removal.
