环保C-NGO参与保定MSW减量化管理

Environmental C-NGO Participates in Baoding MSW Reduction Management

城市生活垃圾数量庞大,成分复杂,严重危害生态环境和人民健康,也限制了城市的发展。城市生活垃圾减量化处理与管理工作被各级政府纳入重要议程。城市垃圾管理的主体分为个人和组织两种,个人在垃圾分类和垃圾管理方面明显滞后于发达国家,而环保C-NGO(符合中国国情的非政府组织)为提升垃圾减量化管理和处理提供了新思路。在京津冀一体化战略持续推进和雄安新区成立的背景下,笔者以保定市为研究主体,对环保C-NGO参与MSW减量化管理进行可行性研究。

Municipal solid waste reduction and management of the work of all levels of government into the important agenda. The main body of municipal waste management is divided into two kinds of individuals and organizations, individuals in the garbage sorting and garbage management is clearly lagging behind the developed countries, and environmental C-NGO（in line with China’s national conditions of non-governmental organizations） to enhance the waste reduction management and processing Provided a new idea. Under the background of the establishment of the integration strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the establishment of Xiong’an New Area, the author takes Baoding as the research subject, and makes a feasibility study on the participation of environmental protection C-NGO in MSW reduction management.
