Insisting on Consumer Demand Orientation is the Precondition of the Structural Reform of Supply-side

供给与需求通过收入分配的联结实现了相互支撑、相互制约、相互推动的循环往复运动,构成了经济增长的动力机制。本文从经济增长的本质、动力机制和资源配置的视角,论述了坚持消费需求导向的重要性,揭示了供给侧结构性改革的内涵:通过制度创新,激励创新激发消费,提升供给侧响应消费需求的能力,实现生产与消费的协调发展与动态平衡。由此论断,坚持消费需求导向是供给侧结构性改革的应有之义。

Through the connection of income distribution, the supply and demand realize the cyclical movement of mutual support, mutual restriction and mutual promotion, which constitute the dynamic mechanism of economic growth. From the perspectives of essence of economic growth, dynamic mechanism and resource allocation, this paper expounds the importance of insisting on consumer demand orientation, and reveals the connotation of the structural reform of supply-side： By systematic innovation, encourage innovation and motivate consumptions, enhance the ability for the supply side to response to consumer demand, and realize the coordinated development and the dynamic balance of production and consumption. Therefore, the construal reform of supply-side itself requires insisting on consumer demand orientation.
