摘要
表扬与批评作为主导性的教育话语,处在教育话语之两极。在这两极之间还有其他教育话语的存在空间,直言就是其中之一。直言就是说真话,以说话者的品性为担保,不顾风险,目的在于提醒说话对象关心自己的生活和灵魂。以直言为镜,可以发现表扬和批评资格的获得不是靠自身心性,而是靠社会身份;表扬和批评以师生之间的垂直关系为依托,表现出教师对学生的一种"从上至下"的控制;表扬的夸张化就走向了奉承,批评的失控则滑向愤怒与惩罚。在教育话语中增添直言,或者表扬和批评向直言靠拢,可以提升教育的话语品质,提升师生关系,提高教育的道德品质与境界。

Add fearless speech to the educational discourse or praise and criticism move close to the fearless speech, it can enhance the discourse quality of education, promote the relationship between teachers and students, and improve the moral quality and realm of education.
