磁共振检查在宫角妊娠诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值

Value of MRI in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Cornual Pregnancy

目的:探讨磁共振成像在宫角妊娠诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院75例磁共振诊断为宫角妊娠的患者的磁共振图像表现,观察妊娠囊的部位、大小、形态,在各个序列中的影像学表现。74例病例经宫腔镜或开腹手术,评估术前磁共振与病理诊断的符合率。另1例足月顺产一活婴。结果:75例患者中术前MR正确诊断宫角妊娠72例,病理符合率为96%(72/75)。2例病理为滋养细胞疾病,1例顺产一足月活婴,另有20例宫角合并间质部妊娠。结论:磁共振检查可以早期、无创、快速诊断宫角妊娠,为临床及时治疗提供更多有价值的信息,对宫角妊娠的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

Purpose： To explore the application of MRI in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of comual pregnancy. Methods： The preoperative MRI data of 75 cases of cornual pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital, which were confirmed by hysteroscopy or surgery and pathology results. Results： The accuracy rate of preoperative MRI diagnosis was 96% （72/75）. The pathology result of 2 cases was trophoblastic disease. One patient was full- time birth of a live baby. And other 20 cases of cornual pregnancy were with interstitial pregnancy. Conclusion： MRI can provide more valuable information for clinical treatment. It has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of comual pregnancy.
