高密度聚乙烯管在核设备中应用的关键技术挑战 被引量:11

摘要 我国从2016年开始,每年将以6~8座的速度新建核电站,到2030年预计有110座以上的核电站投入使用,由于核电站中存在大量的供水管网,因此核电站供水管网的选材对我国发展核电事业具有重要意义。与金属管相比,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管具有耐磨蚀、抗地震、易安装和成本低等优势,综述了国内外关于聚乙烯管在焊接接头的力学性能和影响因素、缺陷对结构完整性的影响、缺陷检测技术和寿命预测等方面的研究成果,以及介绍了国产HDPE树脂质量的现状。最后结合ASME HDPE路线图列出了需要解决的关键问题和方法,以引起产业、政府部门及广大科技工作者的重视,尽快研究和制定出相应的使用标准和规范,促进HDPE管的产业发展及其在核设备中广泛和科学安全地使用。 China plans to build new nuclear power plants at a rate of six to eight per year after the year of 2016, and more than 110 nuclear power plants will be operated by the year of 2030. Since there are many water pipes in nuclear power plants, the selected pipe material plays a very important rule for the develop- ment of Chinese nuclear power plants. Compared with metallic pipes, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes have the advantages of abrasion resistance, This paper reviews the mechanical performance of earthquake resistance, easy installation, and low cost. welded joint and its influence factors, effects of defects on the structural integrity, defect detection techniques and life prediction methods, and the quality of Chi- nese HDPE resin. Finally,based on the ASME HDPE roadmap, the key problems that need to be solved and the corresponding solutions are listed to attract the attention from industry, government departments, and other scientific and technological persons, promote the development of standards and codes for HDPE pipes as soon as possible, and accelerate the development of HDPE pipe industry and its safe use in nu- clear service.
