核电站安全壳闸门用SA-738Gr.B特厚钢板的试制

摘要 通过化学成分设计及采用合理的冶炼、模铸、加热、轧制、热处理工艺,成功开发出130 mm厚核电站安全壳闸门用SA-738Gr.B钢板。检测结果表明:试制钢板超声波探伤合格,钢中夹杂物含量较少,显微组织为回火贝氏体,组织均匀,各项力学性能指标不仅满足相关标准和技术要求,而且富裕量较大。 Through chemical composition design and reasonable smelting, die casting, heating, rolling and heat treatment process,the 130 mm thickness SA-738Gr. B extra-heavy plate for containment airlock in nuclear power plants has been successfully developed. Performance test results show that the microstruc- ture of the studied steel is composed of tempered bainite with small amount of inclusions. In addition, ul- trasonic test results and mechanical properties satisfy the requirements of related standard and consumers with large amount of surplus after comprehensive testing.
