饲料中添加不同品种桑叶及发酵桑叶对胡须鸡的饲养效果 被引量:20

Feeding Effect of Adding Mulberry Leaves and Ferm ented Mulberry Leaves of Different Varieties into Feedstuff for Huxu Chicken

摘要 为筛选桑叶适宜禽类饲料用的桑品种及明确桑叶发酵后的饲用效果,将桑品种大10、抗10、吴堡桑、湘7920的桑叶以及大10的发酵桑叶分别按照一定比例(质量分数3%)添加至胡须鸡的日粮中,调查桑叶饲料对胡须鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、抗氧化指标的影响。与普通日粮饲养对照组相比,抗10桑叶饲料组胡须鸡的平均日增体质量极显著降低(P<0.01),大10桑叶饲料组、抗10桑叶饲料组、湘7920桑叶饲料组胡须鸡的日采食量均显著降低(P<0.05)。各品种桑叶饲料组胡须鸡的屠宰性能、肉品质指标与对照组比较以及各品种桑叶饲料组之间比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,抗10桑叶饲料组胡须鸡血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别呈极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)上升,过氧化氢酶活性、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量分别呈显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)下降;吴堡桑桑叶饲料组胡须鸡血清中的SOD活性显著上升(P<0.05);大10发酵桑叶饲料组胡须鸡血清中的SOD活性极显著上升(P<0.01),肝脏MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05)。综合各项指标,吴堡桑桑叶饲料和大10发酵桑叶饲料对胡须鸡的生长性能无影响或有一定程度提高,2组桑叶饲料能明显改善胡须鸡血清、肝脏的抗氧化能力,饲用效果较好。 In order to find mulberry varieties whose leaves are suitable for use in poultry feedstuff and to clarify the feeding effect of mulberry leaves after fermentation,mulberry leaves from varieties Da 10,Kang 10,Wubaosang and Xiang7920 and fermented leaves from mulberry variety Da 10 were added into diet for Huxu chickens in a certain proportion( mass fraction 3%) to investigate the effects of mulberry leaf feedstuff on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and antioxidant indexes of Huxu chickens. Compared with the control group with normal diet,the average daily weight gain of Huxu chickens in Kang 10 group was extremely significantly decreased( P0. 01),the average daily feed intake of Huxu chickens in Da 10,Kang 10 and Xiang 7920 groups was significantly decreased( P 0. 05). There were no significant differences in slaughter performance and meat quality of Huxu chickens between all groups( P 0. 05). Compared with control group,the activity of glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase( SOD) in serum of Huxu chickens in Kang10 group was extremely significantly increased( P0. 01)and significantly increased( P0. 05) respectively,while the activity of catalase( CAT) in serum and the content of malonaldehyde in liver of Huxu chickens in Kang 10 group was significantly decreased( P0. 05) and extremely significantly decreased( P0. 01) respectively. The activity of SOD in serum of Huxu chickens in Wubaosang group was significantly increased( P0. 05). The activity of SOD in serum and the content of malonaldehyde( MDA) in liver of Huxu chickens in Da 10 fermented leaf group was extremely significantly increased( P0. 01) and significantly decreased( P0. 05) respectively. According to these comprehensive indexes,Wubaosang mulberry leaves and Da 10 fermented mulberry leaves had no influence or had certain promotion effect on growth performance of Huxu chickens. These two kinds of mulberry leaf feedstuff could obviously improve the antioxidant capacity in serum and liver of Huxu chickens,showing good feeding effect.
